All
Energy Raters in the state of Utah are independent contractors
who charge a fee for their services. These fees vary depending
on the rater and the size of the home. The average rating fee
is $350.00. Some rating fees may be incorporated within your
mortgage costs--check with your local lending institution for
details. For ratings performed outside a rater's home location,
they may charge reasonable travel costs to the consumer.
